Barcode Solution ::
dot

A barcode is a pattern of dark bars and white spaces of varying widths that represent numbers, letters or punctuation symbols. The encodation scheme defining the data represented by the bars and spaces is called a symbology; there are many symbologies available. Each symbology has its own rules for character encodation, error checking, printing & decoding requirements etc. Bar code labels are read with a scanner, which measures reflected light and translates the code into numbers and letters that are then passed on to a computer. The main benefits of barcode technologies are:

  • Fast data collection
  • 10,000 times better accuracy
  • Reduced labor cost
  • Accurate and up to date Inventory Levels

The various bar code symbologies differ both in the way they represent data and in the type of data they can encode: some only encode numbers; others encode numbers, letters, and a few punctuation characters. Some offer encodation of 128 and some of 256 characters. The latest symbologies include options to encode multiple languages within the same symbol; allow user-defined encodation of special or additional data; and can even allow (through deliberate redundancies) reconstruction of data if the symbol is damaged. There are about 225 bar code symbologies but only a few are in use.

We offer all type barcode software solution with the range of printing the labels to auto screen population to reduce manual data entry..
